2-苯甲酰基-3-羟基-1-丙烯与曼尼希碱的缓蚀协同作用Synergistic corrosion inhibition effect of BAA and mannich base

摘要(Abstract):
实验合成了2-苯甲酰基-3-羟基-1-丙烯(BAA),应用失重法和电化学方法分别测试了曼尼希碱与BAA在盐酸介质中对N80钢片的缓蚀性能,研究了BAA与曼尼希碱的协同作用。结果表明:BAA与曼尼希碱在盐酸介质中对N80钢片均有较好的缓蚀性能;在缓蚀剂加量一定和其他条件不变的情况下,将BAA与曼尼希碱按一定比例复配后,N80钢片在盐酸介质中的腐蚀速率明显低于单独使用BAA或曼尼希碱的腐蚀速率;极化电阻增大,二者表现出良好的协同作用,且复合缓蚀剂通过几何覆盖效应起到缓蚀作用。
