长庆气田现用泡排剂评价及自生气泡排剂研究Evaluation of in-use foam drainage agents in Changqing Gasfield and study of a self-generating gas foam drainage agent

摘要(Abstract):
通过实验评价长庆气田现用4种泡排剂,均存在耐凝析油效果有限的问题。为延长泡排剂发泡时间、提高举升力、降低井筒积液密度,同时解决严重水淹气井井筒排液问题,研制了一种利用化学反应在气井内产生气体的自生气泡排剂。通过实验对影响该化学反应速率的因素进行分析,并对其在气田应用的可行性进行探讨。实验结果表明:自生气泡排剂对矿化度水适应性较好;与现用泡排剂相比,在苏A-2、苏B-1、苏C-56地层水中的起泡能力有明显提高;排除积液能力较好,携液率最高可达53.5%;自生气泡排棒基础配方为:41%CQN+56%CQO+2.95%柠檬酸+0.05%泡排剂。
