应用Chrastil缔合模型计算元素硫在酸性气体中的溶解度Calculation of Solubility of Elemental Sulfur in Acid Gas Mixture by Chrastil's Association Model

摘要(Abstract):
为了应用Chrastil缔合模型准确地计算元素硫在酸性气体中的溶解度,以现有文献中元素硫在酸性气体中的溶解度实验数据为依据,对前人采用的2种Chrastil模型系数拟合方法的Chrastil模型预测硫溶解度的效果进行了分析。结果表明:采用第一种拟合方法得到的Chrastil模型系数不能用来进行元素硫溶解度预测;而采用方法二得出的模型系数,可以预测溶解度随气体密度的变化趋势,但其预测误差偏大。为此,针对第二种拟合方法提出了一种计算Chrastil模型系数的改进拟合方法(二重变量循环法)。实例应用结果表明:在所研究的温度压力范围内,改进后的拟合方法使Chrastil缔合模型在预测精度上有较大幅度的提高,拟合的相对误差小于5%。
