钻井液中除硫剂有效含量检测方法室内研究Laboratory Study on Detection Method of Effective Content of Sulfide Scavenger in Drilling Fluid

摘要(Abstract):
为有效监测钻井液中除硫剂含量变化,本文结合硫化物电位滴定分析法,通过间接测定法思路设计、除硫剂与反应试剂线性作用关系分析、测试样品预处理条件优选、除硫剂与硫化物反应试剂消耗率关系式建立等方面开展研究,形成了一套钻井液中除硫剂有效含量检测方法,并进行了方法验证。评价结果表明,该检测方法可用于测定钻井液中锌基除硫剂的有效含量,其测定的相对误差绝对值<5%,从样品预处理到检测完毕所需时间<20 min,满足工程应用要求,对于实现除硫剂加量及时维护、保障含硫井段安全钻进具有积极作用。
