抗高温低聚物KGDP的研制及在深井钻井中的应用Development of low molecular polymer( KGDP) with high-temperature resistance and its application in drilling fluid for deep wells

摘要(Abstract):
基于分子结构优化设计和单体优选,合成了抗高温抗盐低分子量聚合物KGDP,评价了其分子链热稳定性和在水基钻井液基浆中的抗温抗盐降黏效果,并将其应用于我国目前井底温度最高的2口深井——胜科1(236℃)和泌深1井(241℃)中。结果表明:新研制的低分子量聚合物KGDP分子链热稳定性强,热解温度在330℃以上;在水基钻井液基浆中的抗温能力达240℃以上,降黏效果优于国内外同类降黏剂;在胜科1井的超高温、高矿化度、高固相含量的苛刻条件下以及泌深1井241℃的极高温度下发挥了流型调节作用,有效控制了钻井液的黏度、切力,确保了这两口超高温深井的顺利施工。
