聚乙烯醇压裂液有机硼交联剂YL-J的合成及应用Synthesis and application of organic boron crosslinker YL-J for polyvinyl alcohol fracturing fluid

摘要(Abstract):
合成了一种适用于聚乙烯醇压裂液的有机硼交联剂YL-J.确定最佳合成条件为:硼砂质量分数20%,丙三醇25%,二乙醇胺30%,氢氧化钠1%~5%,反应时间4.0 h,反应温度80℃.流变实验表明,交联剂YL-J与聚乙烯醇稠化剂交联产生的冻胶在80℃剪切速率为170 s~(-1)下连续剪切3 600 s,压裂液黏度250 mPa·s.静态悬砂实验表明,该压裂液体系具有较好的携砂性,砂子的沉降速度低于0.18 mm/s.破胶实验表明,聚乙烯醇压裂液破胶液黏度为2.3 mPa·s,低于油田要求的10 mPa·s,残渣质量浓度为79 mg/L.实验结果表明,有机硼交联剂YL-J交联的聚乙烯醇压裂液完全能满足压裂现场施工的要求.
