煤焦油加氢工艺条件对产物分布的影响Influence of Process Conditions on Product Distribution of Coal Tar Hydrogenation

摘要(Abstract):
在双管串联固定床反应器上进行了煤焦油的加氢精制-加氢裂化实验。在4种级配催化剂的作用下进行了工艺优化实验,最终确定煤焦油加氢制取燃料油品最佳的反应温度为精制段反应温度360℃、裂化段反应温度380℃,最佳反应空速为0.40 h-1。利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对煤焦油加氢汽油及柴油轻馏分的烃类组成进行了分析。结果表明,按照本文所述的工艺加工生产的汽油辛烷值较低而其余指标可以达到国标要求,柴油产品十六烷值较低而其余性质均能达到国标要求。
