非均相驱油体系在多孔介质中流动行为影响因素Factors of Affecting Flow Behavior of Heterogeneous Oil Displacement System in Porous Media

摘要(Abstract):
针对非均相驱油体系在矿场应用过程中部分单元存在注入或者封堵效果不理想问题,通过填砂岩心驱替实验,研究了岩心渗透率、注入速度、体系中凝胶颗粒与聚合物质量比(干重)因素对非均相驱油体系在多孔介质中流动行为的影响。结果表明:非均相驱油体系在渗透率0.5~3.4μm2的岩心中能顺利注入并形成有效封堵,封堵率可达82.5%以上。注入速度和体系中凝胶颗粒与聚合物质量比对非均相驱油体系流动特征影响较大,当注入速度优选为0.5~0.75 mL/min,质量比优选为0.5∶1~0.75∶1时,非均相驱油体系在多孔介质中兼具良好的注入性能和封堵能力。
